Bannockburn Ridge is an infill community located in Bethesda, Maryland and is one of the more successful projects in the Washington, DC area. The existing Kiplinger estate was retained during redevelopment and is a main focal point of the community.

Mature forests, unique large trees and beautiful gardens were preserved and woven into the fabric of the new community. Rodgers Consulting designed a unique cul-de-sac park. This feature allowed the preservation of several rare trees planted by the original owner as well as other mature trees on the site.

The blending of tree preservation and seamless community design has resulted in strong market preference for this site and quick absorption. Pricing reflected buyer preferences for the design features and environmental protection components of the project.
